Every item in our shop is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order. We are unable to make changes once production has begun.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will work with you to resolve it.
