All sales are final.

Every item in our shop is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order. We are unable to make changes once production has begun.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will work with you to resolve it.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, consumers ordinarily have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU). As all Grace Personalized items are custom-engraved or made-to-order based on the name, text, or design you provide at checkout, they fall under this exemption and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except in cases of damage, defect, or manufacturing error.
