Shipping policy
Production Time
Every piece is made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production before your order ships. Shipping time is separate and begins once your order is complete. During peak seasons, production times may be extended, we recommend ordering early for time-sensitive gifts.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped from the United States. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- USPS First Class: 2-5 business days (domestic)
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (domestic)
Please note that FedEx 2-Day cannot deliver to PO boxes. If your shipping address is a PO box, please select USPS First Class at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries and are working to expand to more destinations. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about potential fees. International delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are not available at this time.
Order Updates
You will receive two emails: a confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns, we recommend selecting FedEx 2-Day with signature confirmation for added reliability.
