PERSONALIZATION
— Front: handwriting of your choice, written by you or taken from a card or letter. Up to 15 characters (max 8 letters per word).
— Back (optional): handwriting up to 15 characters (max 8 letters per word), or text in a font of your choice up to 20 characters. See the font options in the listing photos.
HOW TO SEND YOUR HANDWRITING
When you order, upload a photo or scan of the handwriting as a JPG or PDF. A phone photo works. Then type the words you’d like engraved, so we know exactly which part to use.
Write it yourself?
— Use a black felt-tip pen. Bold, dark lines engrave the clearest. Pencil or light ink makes it harder for us to capture every stroke.
— Write on plain white paper. Lines or patterns can get mixed in with your writing, making it harder to match.
— Write a little larger than usual. Your handwriting is scaled down to fit the piece, and tiny writing can lose its detail.
Use a card or letter?
— Take the photo straight on. Lay the card flat and hold your phone directly above it. Tilted or angled photos can stretch the letters.
— Use bright, even light. Daylight near a window works well. Avoid shadows or glare, which can hide parts of the writing.
— Keep it sharp and in focus. Tap the screen to focus before taking the photo. Blurry photos make clean engraving difficult.

- Sterling Silver: Solid 925 sterling silver (92.5% silver, 7.5% alloy metals).
- Silver Plated: Brass base metal with a layer of silver plating applied to the surface.
- Gold Plated Silver: Sterling silver base coated with a 14K yellow gold plating.
- Gold Plated: Brass base metal with a layer of 14K gold plating applied to the surface.
- Rose Gold Plated Silver: Sterling silver base coated with a 14K rose gold plating.
- Rose Gold Plated: Brass base metal with a layer of 14k rose gold plating applied to the surface.
Production Time & Shipping
Holiday order deadline: Order by Friday, November 20 to receive your piece by Christmas (US orders). This date may move earlier if order volume is high, so ordering sooner is always safer.
Production time: 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping time is separate and begins once your piece is complete. Choose your shipping method at checkout:
— USPS First Class: 2 to 5 business days after production
— FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days after production
Every piece is made to order, crafted only after you place your order, personalized exactly to your preferences and checked carefully before production begins. Nothing is pre-made or mass-produced. Making to order means less waste, with no excess inventory sitting unused, and more care, with each piece getting individual attention from start to finish. The result is a piece that’s made only for you, and one you’ll treasure for years to come.
Expedited production is not available, as each piece is handcrafted and carefully checked before it ships. If you’re ordering for a birthday, holiday, or other special date, please order early to allow for both production and shipping time.
Jewelry Care
Your piece is made to last with the right care. Here's how to keep it looking its best.
- Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Before storing, give your piece a gentle wipe with a soft dry cloth to remove any oils or residue from handling. This is one of the most effective ways to prevent tarnishing, when you don’t plan to wear your jewelry often.
- Store in a jewelry box away from humidity.
- To clean, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Sterling Silver pieces can also use a soft polishing cloth. For plated pieces, stick to a plain soft cloth so the finish isn't worn down.
Gold plated jewelry will show wear over time. How fast this happens varies by person, since skin chemistry, sweat, and daily habits all play a role. The tips above will help extend the life of your piece.
